I loved living here, the staff and maintenance were so friendly and the grounds were well kept. This has been the only complex I was sad to leave. We stayed for 3 years. I would highly highly recommend living here. There’s enough parking, quiet neighborhoods, it’s close to Arrowhead and plenty of places to eat! The units have plenty of space and the pricing is very fair.

My mom lived her for 16 years before passing. She loved the management and maintenance team. They treated her with so much respect and took care of any needs in her unit. Thank you all for treating my mom so well all these years.

We have been living here for over 6 months and I have to say I love it here! Staff is friendly, it is always clean, and well landscaped. With any maintenance issues they have always have been fast and responsive and so helpful to us. We love our townhome. And it’s a quiet community. Everyone is super nice that I have met!

We loved living here. Michelle and Gerald were the best. I have 0 complaints and if we hadn’t moved out of state, I’d still be living there. By far the best place I’ve ever lived.

This was our first and only rental. We lived here august 2018 to august 2019 and we freaking loved it: it was cozy, homey, spacious, and its very very similar to living in a house. We rented a 2 story remodeled in grey. Michelle was always super accommodating and sweet, our maintenance requests were always completed either same day or next day, and it was super quiet & clean. I definitely recommend this place to anybody looking to prepare for the responsibility of a house OR for the independent feeling of a [town]house. We only terminated our lease a month early because our current house required a 20 day close. 5 starz!!!! 😊
