They tell you its a gated complex and charge rent like it is, but the gates are broken in the open position. The listing says dogs are allowed, but this place is more poop friendly than pet friendly. Tenants consistently take their animals to relieve themselves to the rock pathways near the pool - exposing their indecency to the community. Plague quantities of flies cover the abandoned dog poop pile-up and the flies find their way into your home when you start cooking. The locks and doors are dangerously fragile and unsealed from the outside. I was upcharged and sold a renovated unit, but the bath tub and cabinets are still falling apart. what a shameful place to live

If you wanna live at this place, not just because the way it looks you also have to see the management yourself. There are amazing helpful very nice to everyone especially Maria the best customer service. Ask for Maria she will always be there to help you

I've been here for 3 years. I have seen the property change owners, property managers coming and going. The new property manager is wonderful. For the first time, the phone is being answered, she replies to emails and keeps us informed. She actually cares about the tenants and it shows. We are currently down a maintenance man and she got someone here from another property to help. His name is Fransico. Super friendly and helpful. I would like for him to become our new maintenance. Very nice to have someone with the knowledge to fix and not just do a temporary repair. Thank you for what you did today Fransico. Awesome job.

Roach invested, leaky ceilings, overpriced. There's a girl with orange hair in the office who has always been rude & spiteful. She refused to give us the move-in special and Dora, the previous manager look into it herself and apply it. The current manager is helpful and I appreciate her, but I don't think she has the ability to fix everything wrong with this place. The vent in the closet was leaking when we first moved in and for some reason there was a fruit fly infestation in the fridge. It took a while for the vent to stop leaking, but when they started working on the apartment above us, it started leaking again, wetting up everything in our closet, including electronics. It also began leaking in the bathroom vent, right above the toilet. This roach infestation started after our upstairs neighbor moved and has been ongoing for at least 5 months despite 3 bombings and at least 6 sprays. If we didn't pay our rent on time for 5+ months, we would be evicted. I've never in my life lived with roaches, I don't know what to do. This is a shame.

I absolutely love living here! The office ladies are so kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Shout out to Lizbeth for always being so welcoming and accommodating! Tour maintenance man is incredibly hardworking and efficient – any issues I’ve had have been resolved quickly and professionally. It truly feels like a small, close-knit community where you know you’re always in good hands. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great home!
