The Maddox Luxury Apartments offers one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, with separate standard, Plus and Signature Collection features. Published home features include in-unit full-size washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances and patio or balcony options. Private yards and some bathroom features are limited to selected homes.

The community lists a heated pool and spa, a fitness center with 24-hour access, a social hub, business facilities and a dog run with agility equipment. The required monthly amenities bundle includes internet, valet trash, Smart Rent access and pest control. Water/sewer and electricity are separate from rent; optional parking and pet charges also apply.

Lease terms.

Notice and early termination: A written 60-day advance notice is required. The published early-termination policy describes a buyout of two months’ rent and repayment of concessions when the lease is not fulfilled.

Application & insurance.

Security deposit: The standard security deposit is $200; screening may require a higher deposit up to one month’s rent. Refundability depends on meeting lease terms and having no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Insurance: Renters insurance with at least $100,000 liability coverage is required. Coverage for personal belongings is recommended separately.
Application verification: Identity and income verification may require original pay stubs, tax transcripts, secure bank linking or other documentation depending on employment or income type. Self-employed and newly employed applicants may need additional verification.

Home appliances: Full-size in-unit washers and dryers and stainless steel appliances are listed. Kitchen islands are specified for two- and three-bedroom homes.
Selected-home options: Private yard options are available. Walk-in showers and dual vanities are limited to selected primary bathrooms; carpeting is limited to selected homes.
Signature Collection: The separately described Signature Collection includes upgraded kitchen finishes and lighting, shower or tub tile, closet shelving and smart-home devices.

Office & resident services.

Shared recreation: A heated pool, spa/hot tub, sundeck, fire-pit seating and shared grilling and entertainment areas are listed.
Work and fitness: The fitness center has 24-hour access. The community also lists a 24/7 social hub, focus rooms, business center with free printing and resident conference room.
Maintenance: On-site maintenance operates Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; maintenance emergencies have 24/7 on-call service. Requests can be submitted through the resident portal or leasing office; the stated response window depends on severity.
