Update: I like to respond to some of the negative reviews. Please note these were years ago . Now, the staff is awesome, always helpful. Please note the office hours. I never have had a problem getting ahold of them. Maintance is on top of everything. We only needed them once, but they were here so fast. There is a wait list. We have really nice neighbors. The only improvement I would suggest is more cover parking. Cholla Ranch Apartments are really nice. Quiet. Has washer and dryer hook ups. Close to shopping, groceries, restraunts, gas, post office, senior center, Tire Dawg, and more. Dogs are welcome under a certain pound, and has a fee. Dog park a mile away.

Cholla Ranch Apartments
Very close to my workplace, which makes commuting very convenient. The staff is always supportive, friendly, and helpful. Overall, it is a great place to live in Buckeye, and I have had a very positive experience here.
I've lived at Cholla Ranch Apartments for 5 years now and I am so glad I found this place. The manager Stephanie was here when I moved in and has always been professional and kind. She is always there to help. Also if anything needs fixed it gets done right away. The maintenance guys here are always on the job. I'm very satisfied with my apartment and I hope that I am able to continue to live here for a long time 😊
The staff is very friendly. I haven’t had any issues with anybody here when I need anything done in the apartment. It’s done quickly. The apartments are very clean outside the apartments. I have no issues.
They have low stars and bad reviews for a reason... Low income housing, low quality leasing staff that treats everyone like their low life's..
