Von and Clemente have both been extremely helpful and supportive throughout my transition into one of the Centurion Apartments Von has a great charm as well as outstanding service when I spoke with him concerning how to rent an apartment He is always accessible for any needs or questions I may have and I am incredibly thankful Von deserves recognition for his hardworking nature he goes the extra mile to make sure my demands are met Clemente stands out amongst other building managers he puts in a lot of effort with an optimistic attitude Recently I moved into one of the apartments in this complex and was amazed by his enthusiasm and work ethic On my first day there was an emergency I had forgotten to get my bedset from storage but Clemente had the keys It was around ten or eleven at night when I contacted him about bringing it up to me yet he said it wasnt a problem at all arriving only minutes later with what I needed If it werent for Clementes assistance that night would have been spent sleeping on the floor Overall Von and Clemente deserve nothing but praise from me being a resident here is something that really makes me happy more ... hide ...

Upon our arrival we were informed that the pool was under renovation The room we were first given had mold in the bathroom rust on the ceiling and stained carpets and furniture furthermore the toilet was not flushable After voicing our complaints they provided us with a different room which was better however its door could not be lockedclosed properly until 2022-11-06T03:32:17Z
Upon our arrival we were informed that the pool was under renovation The room we were first given had mold in the bathroom rust on the ceiling and stained carpets and furniture furthermore the toilet was not flushable After voicing our complaints they provided us with a different room which was better however its door could not be lockedclosed properly until maintenance came to fix it Both rooms had uncomfortable beds and peeling wallpaper Moreover only one elevator was functioning as the other one had broken down Breakfast at this hotel wasnt great either and even though we paid a generous amount for three nights stay here no refund or compensation was offered for all of these issues additionally you have to pay upfront so theres no backing out of your booking Unlike this hotel you only pay when you check out from any other hotel more ... hide ...
