We resided in this area for approximately 15 months until the management changed from Timbercreek to Hazelview Properties. The good thing was, if you lived in a renovated apartment, it received maintenance repairs regardless of whether you complained or not. There was also a common laundry which got upgraded recently. The location is quite ideal since it's situated downtown and near Windsor's river front as well as the US tunnel if one commutes there. Unfortunately, our car was broken into while inside the garage and no action was taken. Water shutdowns happen often every 1-2 weeks which begs the question why they can't fix it all at once?
