2023-03-01T21:30:03ZUpon our arrival, we were informed that the pool was under renovation. The room we were first given had mold in the bathroom, rust on the ceiling and stained carpets and furniture; furthermore, the toilet was not flushable. After voicing our complaints, they provided us with a different room which was better; however, its door could not be locked/closed properly until maintenance came to fix it. Both rooms had uncomfortable beds and peeling wallpaper. Moreover, only one elevator was functioning as the other one had broken down. Breakfast at this hotel wasn't great either and even though we paid a generous amount for three nights' stay here, no refund or compensation was offered for all of these issues - additionally you have to pay upfront so there's no backing out of your booking. Unlike this hotel you only pay when you check out from any other hotel.
