My husband and I encountered a dilemma in 2019 when searching for a new home as we have three cats. Our first viewing with an organization was not pleasant; the Property Manager wasn't thrilled about our cats which discouraged us from pursuing this opportunity further. Luckily, our second viewing was with Realstar Hoylake Apartments, and their Property Manager Brenda made it a breeze for us to determine that this was the perfect place to live. Additionally, they have monthly BBQs and dinners for the tenants making it exceptionally appealing. Grant and Brenda are both excellent; any problems or issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. This May 1st will mark three years of us living here, absolutely loving the close-knit community atmosphere.

Cathy and Craig Maguire are greatly appreciative of the care given to them by Brenda and Grant at Hoylake Apartments. Despite the pandemic and challenging weather conditions, their dedication, kindness, and professionalism never wavered. They put effort into celebrating the seasons with decorations in the lobbies and notices for upcoming events. For instance, a BBQ was provided for tenants to socialize safely in fall; Halloween treats were distributed to everyone's door; Christmas decorating was done by "elves" with coffee, snacks, and a Santa Claus Parade; a Christmas buffet was prepared following safety protocols; on New Year's Day there was a continental brunch with music entertainment. Tenants have expressed immense gratitude for all that has been done--the cleanliness of both buildings as well as grounds kept lovely with flowers planted by Brenda--and agree there is no other place quite like it!
