I spent the least amount of time in this Toronto apartment out of all my previous homes The superintendent was awesome but the space was in poor condition and full of cockroaches no matter how often I cleaned and sprayed What forced me to leave was a breakin that vandalized my car among others in the underground garage The police came but neglected to take my statement consequently I moved two days late to a safer place at East York and saved 50month on auto insurance Management wouldnt accept my endoftenancy notice due to the delay yet I still managed to move out without having to pay an extra month after finding another tenant for it There was no central air conditioning however I got around this by installing a portable unit in my own apartment Mailboxes were located in the lobby instead of each door and laundry needed coins for use Finally theres an outdoor pool which went unused by me throughout my stay here if not for that breakin incident I would have stayed much longer as it had been one of my best years living in Toronto so far more ... hide ...
