I give Wesley Place apartments a full 5 star rating The building is spectacular and impeccably maintained but the staff are what make it truly special Krysta and Frances were incredibly helpful when I arrived to the apartment from Ontario not knowing Vancouver at all They made sure I had everything I needed always responded immediately to any request and pro 2022-10-23T00:32:17Z

My experience here has been terrible Ive had people over twice since moving in and the second time we had a chicken dinner and board games night on the rooftop We were accused of being loud and disrespectful to our neighbours even though we left by midnight despite the security and manager telling us to leave within five minutes because they thought we were 2022-09-30T00:32:18Z
My experience here has been terrible Ive had people over twice since moving in and the second time we had a chicken dinner and board games night on the rooftop We were accused of being loud and disrespectful to our neighbours even though we left by midnight despite the security and manager telling us to leave within five minutes because they thought we were drunk which wasnt true I was completely soberThe building feels like a dormitory without a community where sound waves travel up and down due to its open concept rooftop Dogs can be heard barking with lots of police ambulance and fire truck sirens between 11pm2am The kitchen spaces are small for a twobedroom unit but there is a nice view from the patio as well as from the rooftop an amenity that few get to enjoy since one elevator is often out of order making it difficult to wait for an elevator when its working more ... hide ...

Im absolutely loving my new home at the Viridian Moving in was a breeze which I owe to my wonderful agent Mircea Calus He guided me through the process from start to finish and I even got a welcome package with neighbourhood gift cards snacks and beer The amenities are top notch and very clean too Im already taking advantage of the gym and cant wait for the 2022-10-23T01:32:17Z

I have been very content living in the UBC Chancellor Court apartments McKenzie House Ross House for 13 years but it is now time to move on Austeville Properties has done an excellent job in keeping the buildings up to date and the onsite management team is both efficient and welcoming John especially made me feel right at home The two suites I lived in ha 2022-09-30T20:02:17Z

This morning a pipe burst in the bathroom causing flooding to enter the kitchenliving room in seconds I used any material I had on handtowels clothes blankets and duvetsto contain it from spreading further The residential manager came but was unable to stop it however I eventually managed to shut off the water knob Afterward maintenance arrived and was very 2022-09-25T00:32:16Z
