My experience here has been terrible. I've had people over twice since moving in and the second time we had a chicken dinner and board games night on the rooftop. We were accused of being loud and disrespectful to our neighbours, even though we left by midnight despite the security and manager telling us to leave within five minutes because they thought we were drunk - which wasn't true. I was completely sober. The building feels like a dormitory without a community, where sound waves travel up and down due to its open concept rooftop. Dogs can be heard barking, with lots of police, ambulance and fire truck sirens between 11pm-2am. The kitchen spaces are small for a two-bedroom unit but there is a nice view from the patio as well as from the rooftop - an amenity that few get to enjoy since one elevator is often out of order making it difficult to wait for an elevator when it's working.
