I spent more than one year at Brixton Flats and I had a pleasant time. Below are some of the things that distinguished it from other buildings: abundant bedrooms and rooms (an uncommon thing in newer buildings in Vancouver); acceptance of pets; two elevators available for six floors, which decreased the waiting time unlike other places; a shared rooftop patio with stunning views of downtown and mountains; numerous restaurants within a short walk, including vegetarian/vegan options (Kokomo, Umaluma, Vegan Supply...); plus an amiable and responsive property manager.
