The building manager is not competent as I found when I inquired about a one bedroom apartment He first told me it would be available soon and failed to mention any application process When I asked if I could view it that week he said wed need to give 24 hour notice to the current tenant however when I went on the appointed day he hadnt received my application yet After completing it when I called back he said they were still working on it and would let me know soon yet today upon calling again to confirm the viewing date he said there were no apartments available Clearly this manager is incapable of keeping people informed of updates for this reason an email will be sent to Sterling Management about this issue Best wishes in your search for an apartment in Terrace more ... hide ...

The rent prices are nice and there is additional parking for a reasonable cost The prior property manager was very understanding and the current one is the same I asked for an extension on my rent due to car repair and they were accommodating When my air conditioner had a leak they brought in a temporary unit while waiting for parts to repair mine Also it is 2022-10-14T06:32:17Z

I am very happy to have moved into 200 Rideau Terrace Champlain Towers within the last two months This is my first experience living in an apartment building and I could not be more pleased The apartment is roomy and offers a large balcony with a view of Rideau Terraces treeline It also has an abundance of closet space and the appliances are both modern and 2022-11-05T05:02:17Z
I am very happy to have moved into 200 Rideau Terrace Champlain Towers within the last two months This is my first experience living in an apartment building and I could not be more pleased The apartment is roomy and offers a large balcony with a view of Rideau Terraces treeline It also has an abundance of closet space and the appliances are both modern and stainless steel In addition there is an indoor pool that is great for swimming laps or just leisurely floating aroundFrom Day 1 I have been treated warmly by the onsite staff and management who made sure that my place was clean for move in day they are always willing to answer any questions I may have as well which makes settling in much easier The building itself has a peaceful atmosphere due to its inhabitants being mostly older people with some younger folks mixed in along with families too There are several parks near by along with bikingwalking trails close to the river plus we can easily access Beechwood Ave or take a walk downtown via St Patrick St bridge All things considered Im certainly glad that this was where I chose to call home more ... hide ...
