The building manager is not competent, as I found when I inquired about a one bedroom apartment. He first told me it would be available soon, and failed to mention any application process. When I asked if I could view it that week, he said we'd need to give 24 hour notice to the current tenant; however when I went on the appointed day he hadn't received my application yet. After completing it, when I called back he said they were still working on it and would let me know soon; yet today upon calling again to confirm the viewing date he said there were no apartments available. Clearly this manager is incapable of keeping people informed of updates; for this reason an email will be sent to Sterling Management about this issue.
