I have been renting a 3 bedroom apartment from the GK3 Group for approximately one year and have been delighted with the apartment, its location, and especially the landlord's maintenance. Recently, an issue emerged with the central air conditioning; my landlord instantly supplied a floor AC unit as a provisional replacement and replaced it with a new one within days. His fast reply was valued during the hot spell we just had. I'm profoundly satisfied with this company and wholeheartedly suggest them to any potential renters.

The rent prices are nice and there is additional parking for a reasonable cost. The prior property manager was very understanding and the current one is the same. I asked for an extension on my rent due to car repair and they were accommodating. When my air conditioner had a leak, they brought in a temporary unit while waiting for parts to repair mine. Also, it is pet friendly which is great; any maintenance requests are usually taken care of quickly.
