The staff had many issues including requests to fix things that were not addressed multiple errors where money was taken from my bank account without notification and an unexplained apartment reservation In August I was informed that I did not have a room for the next year due to the employee who managed my things no longer working there This left me with no option but to move back home and commute two hours every day causing extra expenditures on gas and unnecessary kilometres on my car The gym at James Street has unsafe equipment which is never maintained or lubricated additionally the vending machine has only been filled once in two years and often takes money without dispensing anything The design of the place is nice with a modern look but it is overshadowed by their poor management practices such as an unfinished store no events specifically at James Street location empty vending machines no underground parking despite paying high prices like Lake Street residents do It seems like James Street building has been neglected in many ways this resulted in me resenting the place despite initially liking its modern design more ... hide ...

My advice is to avoid this place at all costs if I could give a 0 rating I would Homestead has new management and the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful Once you pay your deposit they cease to care about anything else They turn off the water with no prior warning for hours at a time Parking fees are outrageous yet there is no enforcement of rules and reg 2022-10-30T20:32:17Z

St Augustine Place has been my home for the past three years and I have to say that the new Building Manager Dean has made a great impact since his arrival at the end of 2021 Various changes were seen almost instantly from pleasant smells in hallways and elevators to cheerful season decorations around the building He is always friendly and eager to assist with any problems or issues that need resolving even when I am not socially active I must compliment him for forming a sense of community among our neighbours with his wifes help He is constantly transforming our social room into a place of fun and camaraderie its quite remarkable that even some guys attend These features make St Augustine Place a comfortable secure homelike environment which deserves recognition for Dean Daisy Chuck and Junie who form an excellent team more ... hide ...

Q Residential was the worst experience for me although I didnt live there Gwen the regional manager there had a very unprofessional and unpleasant attitude At 363 Geneva St cockroaches infested the building and despite months of trying to remove them there was no change Furthermore dog poop littered the lawn and common areas were unclean These conditions dr 2022-11-04T14:32:17Z
