2023-02-23T21:00:05ZSt. Augustine Place has been my home for the past three years and I have to say that the new Building Manager, Dean, has made a great impact since his arrival at the end of 2021. Various changes were seen almost instantly - from pleasant smells in hallways and elevators to cheerful season decorations around the building. He is always friendly and eager to assist with any problems or issues that need resolving; even when I am not socially active, I must compliment him for forming a sense of community among our neighbours with his wife's help. He is constantly transforming our social room into a place of fun and camaraderie; it's quite remarkable that even some guys attend! These features make St. Augustine Place a comfortable, secure home-like environment which deserves recognition for Dean, Daisy, Chuck and Junie who form an excellent team!
