2023-02-28T08:30:03ZQ Residential was the worst experience for me, although I didn't live there. Gwen, the regional manager there, had a very unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. At 363 Geneva St., cockroaches infested the building - and despite months of trying to remove them, there was no change. Furthermore, dog poop littered the lawn and common areas were unclean. These conditions drove me to break my lease - but Q Residential still charged me $5500 for it! Terrible experience all around.
