2023-02-06T01:30:04ZThe area is relatively quiet and close to downtown, but occasionally there are people late at night (especially on the weekends) on their way to/from the Beer Store. If you live on a lower floor, it's more noticeable. It's safe for a single male individual and diverse; long-term tenants, students, young professionals beginning their careers, and many elderly people. The apartment is average quality for what you pay; not exceptional but value for money. Management has invested in upgrading elevators and the gym in 3 years. They are very straightforward about requirements/expectations with no hidden fees or surprises. As long as you cooperate with them they are usually reasonable - give and take works well here.
