Do not rent at this location its awful They try to pass off their apartments as luxury but the price doesnt match up with what youre getting and there are no amenities The laundry room is terrible and parking is scarce theres only one visitor space and even if you stop for a few minutes to drop off groceries youll be ticketed It seems like some visitors never get ticketed though because they must know the superintendent or something Plus whenever they need to show the apartments theyll post a 24hour notice saying they will enter between 8am5pm a useless window since you never know when theyll just barge in while youre in the shower Furthermore their notices don't even always provide 24 hours notice which is legally required more ... hide ...

The location is great very central and close to a Loblaws and convenience store Its right next to the library though the student housing next door can be loud Ive only lived here for two weeks but have seen one cockroach my girlfriend who has been living here for two years says there have been improvements but it could use more work The view and apartments 2022-10-30T02:32:17Z

Living here for six years the building owned by Homestead Land Holdings Limited until late December 2020 has been well kept and is free from bedbugs and cockroaches The new owner CAP REIT has made a great variety of upgrades to the property including interior and exterior security cameras and a dedicated cleaning service that comes several days a week to make sure the premises are comfortable for their residents Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed either in the building or on its grounds this makes it much safer for all who live here Apartments start at 1485 per month with some utilities included The balcony was recently restored there is new carpeting across all seven floors as well as fresh paint on walls elevator and stairwell doors both stairwells were also repainted along with the lobby This paint job gives it an inviting atmosphere throughout Further restorationupgrades are planned for 20222023 CAP REITs Le Paris Apartments offer a safe secure living environment close to downtown with management that truly cares about their residents experience making sure they feel at home in this welcoming environment photos taken June 14th 2022 at 1030am more ... hide ...

Approximately two weeks ago Tricorp Realty who manages Deauville Apartments at 363 Besserer shut off the water with no warning My experience is not as bad as some of the negative reviews I read but its still not great No pest problems have been reported on higher floors although its unclear what happens on the ground level When the water goes off without warning which has happened numerous times since we moved in it usually only lasts for a few minutes up to several hours so definitely be sure to have hand sanitizer and extra water on hand if you rent here Additionally they increased laundry prices from 250 to 275 per load this year which is by far the most expensive Ive seen in any building Ive ever rented from Smaller problems can easily be fixed however larger issues such as mouldy cupboards under the kitchen sink are not addressed with urgency The buzzer can only be redirected to one phone number with a 613 area code making it difficult if you don't have that area code for your number Despite these issues balconies are very large and windows in apartments are great plus they make sure to keep everything clean more ... hide ...

UPDATE 2020 There has been a noticeable reduction in maintenance requests and the nightclub across the street is closed temporarily The staff is always pleasant and willing to help Due to Covid19 amenities such as the gym are currently unavailable The rooftop patio is open from 4pm9pm but there is a sign up sheet to use the BBQ with only 10 people allowed at 2022-10-02T13:32:17Z
