Living here for six years, the building, owned by Homestead Land Holdings Limited until late December 2020, has been well kept and is free from bedbugs and cockroaches. The new owner CAP REIT has made a great variety of upgrades to the property including interior and exterior security cameras and a dedicated cleaning service that comes several days a week to make sure the premises are comfortable for their residents. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed either in the building or on its grounds; this makes it much safer for all who live here. Apartments start at $1,485 per month with some utilities included. The balcony was recently restored, there is new carpeting across all seven floors as well as fresh paint on walls, elevator and stairwell doors - both stairwells were also repainted along with the lobby. This paint job gives it an inviting atmosphere throughout. Further restoration/upgrades are planned for 2022-2023; CAP REIT's Le Paris Apartments offer a safe, secure living environment close to downtown with management that truly cares about their residents' experience - making sure they feel at home in this welcoming environment (photos taken June 14th 2022 at 10:30am).

My friend and I are both extremely pleased with our apartments one of us resides in a one bedroom while the other has a bachelor pad The landlords are very prompt to take care of any issues and they always greet us kindly when were around the building The facilities are pristine and the apartments offer ample natural light and plenty of space Taking into acc 2023-02-14T13:00:05Z

I lived at 257 Lisgar for 5 years recently moving out There were nice people but we had to deal with pests like roaches bedbugs and mice After four years of being told the toilet would be replaced it still hadnt been done Windows were supposed to be cleaned in June and never happened appliances were small and dated with no AC or modern heating The pool and s 2023-01-16T06:30:02Z
I lived at 257 Lisgar for 5 years recently moving out There were nice people but we had to deal with pests like roaches bedbugs and mice After four years of being told the toilet would be replaced it still hadnt been done Windows were supposed to be cleaned in June and never happened appliances were small and dated with no AC or modern heating The pool and saunas closed due to COVID were poorly maintained before that Parcels got stolen often including my bike from someone who lived in the building security cameras didnt work either Taggart took no responsibility for the mailroom security eitherThe positives of living there included cheap rent and proximity to restaurants government offices and public transport plus the property management staff was generally nice kept common areas clean Beware though Taggart is planning on constructing a 27storey building just behind 257 Lisgar which will result in increased noise for at least a year if not more more ... hide ...
