Living here for six years, the building, owned by Homestead Land Holdings Limited until late December 2020, has been well kept and is free from bedbugs and cockroaches. The new owner CAP REIT has made a great variety of upgrades to the property including interior and exterior security cameras and a dedicated cleaning service that comes several days a week to make sure the premises are comfortable for their residents. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed either in the building or on its grounds; this makes it much safer for all who live here. Apartments start at $1,485 per month with some utilities included. The balcony was recently restored, there is new carpeting across all seven floors as well as fresh paint on walls, elevator and stairwell doors - both stairwells were also repainted along with the lobby. This paint job gives it an inviting atmosphere throughout.
