Recently I moved back to Ottawa from across the river for personal reasons and wanted to give a review of the building and management I stayed in a bachelor apartment on the 11th floor which had carpeted floors Although there were some cockroach sightings mostly bug traps or reports would help with shortterm solutions I cannot say there was an infestation 2022-09-06T18:32:15Z
Recently I moved back to Ottawa from across the river for personal reasons and wanted to give a review of the building and management I stayed in a bachelor apartment on the 11th floor which had carpeted floors Although there were some cockroach sightings mostly bug traps or reports would help with shortterm solutions I cannot say there was an infestation usually just enough to be an annoyance Ants were also present but again not in numbers that could be considered an infestation Parking was budget friendly even indoors and storage was available for just 10month plus plenty of laundry machines The only thing missing was being able to buzz guests up from my apartment instead of having them wait downstairs for me in the lobby which did serve as a security measure There was one disturbance on my floor due to someone hosting a loud party late at night however this issue never happened again after it had been addressed by management Fire alarms went off five times during my stay but they always came in time so no worries about safety however it would have been nice if they didnt go off at all The elevators could get busy during rush hours but thats understandable given so many people live there 15 floors Management staff were polite and professional particularly Larissa who always responded quickly when contacted via email plus maintenance workers were kind and timely when addressing any issues that arose like water shutoffs which occurred during regular working hours Allin more ... hide ...

I have been renting from this company for over a decade and there have been multiple problems For two years the apartment had no heat the kitchens taps had holes in them that were held together with duct tape and wire the bathroom pipe fell apart so it couldnt be used an outlets electrical wiring was not connected to anything and posed a fire hazard since I 2022-10-10T00:32:17Z
I have been renting from this company for over a decade and there have been multiple problems For two years the apartment had no heat the kitchens taps had holes in them that were held together with duct tape and wire the bathroom pipe fell apart so it couldnt be used an outlets electrical wiring was not connected to anything and posed a fire hazard since I moved in It took eight years to fix all of the missing bricks in an outside wall which caused water damage to insulation Additionally there was damage to my ceiling due to another tenant above me falling asleep while smoking in bed The flooring has never been correct since I moved here each season it bows which shows it wasnt installed correctly Seven repair visits were required for a leaky bathtub faucet now even that needs replacing as does the bathtub itself due to damage Wiring is substandard causing breakers being thrown when attempting simple tasks like using a microwave and toaster at once To top it off one of their workers drove a forklift into my third floor apartment making it unusable Their email server can never be found and leaving voicemails results in no responseits simply disheartening that we cant leave negative star ratings for them more ... hide ...
