    The location is great – very central and close to a Loblaws and convenience store. It's right next to the library, though the student housing next door can be loud. I've only lived here for two weeks, but have seen one cockroach; my girlfriend who has been living here for two years says there have been improvements but it could use more work. The view and apartments are nice, though the neighbors aren't that friendly. All things considered, I'm not sure if I would recommend this place apart from its location.
