Do not rent at this location - it's awful. They try to pass off their apartments as "luxury", but the price doesn't match up with what you're getting, and there are no amenities. The laundry room is terrible and parking is scarce; there's only one visitor space, and even if you stop for a few minutes to drop off groceries, you'll be ticketed. It seems like some visitors never get ticketed though because they must know the superintendent or something. Plus, whenever they need to show the apartments, they'll post a 24-hour notice saying they will enter between 8am-5pm - a useless window since you never know when they'll just barge in while you're in the shower! Furthermore, their notices don't even always provide 24 hours notice which is legally required.
I lived in a 250sqft bachelor apartment for a year, and was charged $1,000/month. Such an exorbitant amount of rent was unacceptable to me, especially when the province has already set an allowable limit. Additionally, the management was terrible: showings were conducted within 8-hour windows yet no one would knock - they simply barged in. Furthermore, this place markets itself as luxurious but there are absolutely no amenities provided nor is there good service; it all stayed poor throughout my stay.
