If I could give this place zero stars I would The management team is continuously changing so if you have any issues to be addressed don't look forward to a quick response Furthermore during normal office hours there is no manager on the premises The people answering the provided line can be very impolite On top of that they expected me to pay 300 for unlock 2022-10-01T14:02:18Z
If I could give this place zero stars I would The management team is continuously changing so if you have any issues to be addressed don't look forward to a quick response Furthermore during normal office hours there is no manager on the premises The people answering the provided line can be very impolite On top of that they expected me to pay 300 for unlocking my room door while I still had access to it with an extra key which they denied ever receiving and threatened me with a fine for fire hazard People kept parking in my spot even though I paid for it and management did nothing about it moreover the parking lot wasnt deiced or shoveled in winter which caused me slipping on several occasions The stairwells were filthy with urine vomit and broken beer bottles plus random pieces of clothing found every Monday morning not to mention that elevators were running slowly and often out of order full of vomit and fluids too Walls are thin enough for you hearing all sorts of drunken shenanigans from nearby suites as well as hallway smell like weed or rotting garbage easily permeating into your room As if all above wasnt bad enough there were constant fire alarms going off in early hours especially during weekdays one hour long each time sometimes even more than once per night making sleep impossible there The only positive thing here are new appliances but this should be standard given buildings age anyway So bottom line if you decide moving here don more ... hide ...

Ive had my one bedroom apartment at Westmoreland since August of 2021 and Im very satisfied with it The onsite manager Paula is always putting tenants safety and security first If an issue arises that she cant resolve to your satisfaction she will offer alternative solutions As renters we need to be flexible too when things cant be resolved but when it comes to security Paula is always on top of it In the evenings the locked doors are checked by Boardwalk Security and monthly fire extinguishers are inspected and recertified with new blue tags being visible in 2021 and 2022 Elevator complaints from earlier reviews were addressed now the elevator works perfectly I even saw contractor maintenance workers come in last fall for upgraded vestibule doors as well as maintenance for automatic door openers for people with mobility issues Although this is an older building its still well maintained considering its age plus convenient shopping services are easily accessible nearby more ... hide ...

I lived at this place for two years and overall it was a pleasant experience The view was great the price was good and amenities worked without issue even though there were only two elevators Additionally they fixed any issues quickly As long as you stayed away from 8th Street and 7th Avenue I lived in the West Tower there werent many problems with the area 2022-09-11T05:32:17Z
I lived at this place for two years and overall it was a pleasant experience The view was great the price was good and amenities worked without issue even though there were only two elevators Additionally they fixed any issues quickly As long as you stayed away from 8th Street and 7th Avenue I lived in the West Tower there werent many problems with the area I particularly liked having a dishwasher and a balcony The only major issue I had while moving out was terrible I booked the elevator slot from 10AM to 12PM on Saturday but when my movers arrived no one answered when I called the rental offices number provided in their email not even voicemail picked up When I went to check if anyone was present at the office or waiting for me in the mailroom nobody Surprisingly enough two other people had already occupied my timeslot using that elevator slot who apparently received a key from someone at their rental office although no one seemed to be around when I checked myself This sour ending left me disappointed after such an otherwise wonderful experience living here for two years To add insult to injury upon hearing back from them regarding move out inspection due to COVID19 restrictions they kept 400 of my deposit despite listing everything as pass minus one missing key Attached are pictures of how cleanly I left it before departing so all things considered would not recommend staying here more ... hide ...

Im really proud to call Panorama Apartments my home it has all I wished for in downtown living Its so easy to get around the community and there are trails close to the river valley Plus the fitness room is brand new and fully equipped there is a social room available and secure underground parking The staff here work hard to keep everything neat and tidymy 2022-10-27T18:02:17Z

Do you want to deal with fluctuating water temperatures in the shower Do you want to submit a maintenance request that goes unanswered and then have someone arrive without warning three days later when youre not home Perhaps youd like to prepare for roach treatments only to find the pest control service doesnt enter your unit despite a potential fine if you don't do it Baywood Park is perfect for this The rent is reasonable with utilities included but the management style is reflected in the cost as they wont even answer calls during business hours Furthermore an issue with our mailboxes has been present for over a year now and Osgoode Properties Management hasnt done anything about it So packages can only be delivered through Canada Post and the office isn't always open or willing to accept them To top it off take care to not stay in the shower too long or else youll be either scalded or frozen In conclusion Baywood Park provides cheap housing but ultimately one should keep looking for another vacancy where management responds promptly water temperature and pressure are consistent and theres no risk of roaches or bedbugs more ... hide ...
