I strongly advise not to move here and would give no stars if possible. There are continuous problems with the elevators, hot water, and water outages. Not to mention the fire alarms going off due to poor ventilation when neighbors burn their toast. You shouldn't have to pay for amenities that don't work either. This was easily the worst experience of my life; your home should be a place of peace, not stress. Heed this warning: rent elsewhere!

I lived at this place for two years and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The view was great, the price was good, and amenities worked without issue - even though there were only two elevators. Additionally, they fixed any issues quickly. As long as you stayed away from 8th Street and 7th Avenue (I lived in the West Tower), there weren’t many problems with the area. I particularly liked having a dishwasher and a balcony. The only major issue I had while moving out was terrible; I booked the elevator slot from 10AM to 12PM on Saturday but when my movers arrived, no one answered when I called the rental office's number provided in their email; not even voicemail picked up! When I went to check if anyone was present at the office or waiting for me in the mailroom - nobody! Surprisingly enough, two other people had already occupied my timeslot using that elevator slot- who apparently received a key from someone at their rental office - although no one seemed to be around when I checked myself! This sour ending left me disappointed after such an otherwise wonderful experience living here for two years. To add insult to injury: upon hearing back from them regarding move out inspection due to COVID-19 restrictions they kept $ I lived at this place for two years and overall, it was a pleasant experience.
