Since I moved in on September 21, I have been extremely content. Paula, the manager of the building, was the factor that drew me here. She was very professional and nice while going over all aspects of the leasing process. The only issue I had was with a closet rack which was soon resolved by maintenance staff. This property is kept neat and tidy; additionally all snow is cleared from walkways regularly due to effective management by Paula. She is very understanding and considerate to tenants' needs/requests; Boardwalk should be grateful for her services as she does an outstanding job!

I've had my one bedroom apartment at Westmoreland since August of 2021 and I'm very satisfied with it. The on-site manager, Paula, is always putting tenants' safety and security first. If an issue arises that she can't resolve to your satisfaction, she will offer alternative solutions. As renters we need to be flexible too when things can't be resolved, but when it comes to security Paula is always on top of it. In the evenings the locked doors are checked by Boardwalk Security and monthly fire extinguishers are inspected and re-certified with new blue tags being visible in 2021 and 2022. Elevator complaints from earlier reviews were addressed; now the elevator works perfectly! I even saw contractor maintenance workers come in last fall for upgraded vestibule doors as well as maintenance for automatic door openers for people with mobility issues. Although this is an older building it's still well maintained considering its age, plus convenient shopping services are easily accessible nearby.

Paula is an outstanding building manager. She has provided my two bedroom suite with superior appliances and kitchen sink, as well as ample storage space. The master bedroom includes a half bath with a great shower and generous size. I highly recommend taking a look at our accommodations.
