2023-02-20T13:00:05ZI've been a tenant in this apartment for about five months and have faced multiple issues. There was mold inside the grout of the shower and flooring, as well as cracks, which were not addressed until I made numerous complaints. After being told it would be fixed within three days, it ended up taking over a week and a half with no access to a bathroom or any compensation. Additionally, my kitchen sink has been leaking heavily and damaging the cupboard beneath it; even though I reported this issue over thirty days ago, only the pipe has been replaced so far. Furthermore, the carpets were not cleaned before I moved in; additionally there are patches where there is no underlay causing some parts of the flooring to appear sunken in. All these problems have me looking forward to when my lease is up so I can escape this living situation.

Do you want to submit a maintenance request that goes unanswered and then have someone arrive without warning three days later when you're not home? Perhaps you'd like to prepare for roach treatments, only to find the pest control service doesn't enter your unit - despite a potential fine if you don't do it? Baywood Park is perfect for this. The rent is reasonable with utilities included, but the management style is reflected in the cost as they won't even answer calls during business hours. Furthermore, an issue with our mailboxes has been present for over a year now and Osgoode Properties Management hasn't done anything about it. So, packages can only be delivered through Canada Post and the office isn't always open or willing to accept them. To top it off, take care to not stay in the shower too long or else you'll be either scalded or frozen! In conclusion, Baywood Park provides cheap housing but ultimately one should keep looking for another vacancy where management responds promptly, water temperature and pressure are consistent and there's no risk of roaches or bedbugs.
