The construction of this building is extremely poor the wall was separating from the stairs while living there and the hallways top wall was bowing terribly We attempted to fix all of these issues like patching walls painting what we could and repairing stuff that wasnt even in our movein survey However they still wanted 1000 from us because it has never bee 2022-10-27T11:02:18Z
The construction of this building is extremely poor the wall was separating from the stairs while living there and the hallways top wall was bowing terribly We attempted to fix all of these issues like patching walls painting what we could and repairing stuff that wasnt even in our movein survey However they still wanted 1000 from us because it has never been this damaged To add insult to injury they wanted us to pay 1200 mainly for repainting walls which is outrageous The property managers are also very eager to penalize you for anything and try to charge extra fees So if youre determined to live here just be aware that its a poorly constructed building with questionable management more ... hide ...

Im having a great time in the Sterling so far Its a brand new building and Im the first tenant which is really cool There were some delays due to construction and Covid19 but they were quickly sorted out by the building manager and staff I love all of the pets in the building plus its close to Kearny Lake and some trails theres even a bus stop right in fron 2022-10-27T12:32:16Z
