Furthermore, during normal office hours there is no manager on the premises. The people answering the provided line can be very impolite. On top of that they expected me to pay $300 for unlocking my room door while I still had access to it with an extra key - which they denied ever receiving - and threatened me with a fine for fire hazard. People kept parking in my spot even though I paid for it and management did nothing about it; moreover, the parking lot wasn't de-iced or shoveled in winter which caused me slipping on several occasions. The stairwells were filthy with urine, vomit and broken beer bottles plus random pieces of clothing found every Monday morning; not to mention that elevators were running slowly and often out of order full of vomit and fluids too. Walls are thin enough for you hearing all sorts of drunken shenanigans from nearby suites as well as hallway smell like weed or rotting garbage easily permeating into your room.
