We had a terrible experience when we moved from Manitoba to these apartments two years ago We paid a pet deposit and were assured our damage deposit would be returned both promises were broken Dan husband of the infamous Jackie as people there called her said we could put down pea gravel instead of bark that was being dragged in and that we could have a deck in our space My sister and brotherinlaw helped me create the deck with lattice for safety but after about a month Jackie told us to take it down while their own deck remained up As our lease neared its end I asked Dan if leaving early would bring any penalty he said no another lie I hired Trudy to clean so I could get my damage deposit backwe agreed on 150and left late on June 2nd When I handed over the keys the next morning Jackie asked for my address so she could forward mail yet again she lied sending me an invoice for Trudys services for over 400 at more than 35 an hour She charged me late rent too all told almost 124Id already paid 525 damage deposit obviously Jackie shouldnt have interfered with our agreement with TrudyThey are absolutely terrible landlords On one occasion when walking out to work in winter it was so icy causing me to fall hard and bang my head when I went to their door about it they didnt more ... hide ...

The staff at this apartment are great and always willing to help The people here are so friendly We had a very smooth and easy time applying for the place and were able to move in right away During the whole process they were very accommodating even when we were late for our moving in appointment they allowed us to use the elevator I really enjoy living here 2022-10-25T01:32:17Z

I havent been pleased with my residence due to the lack of soundproofing and having to buy a snow shovel for my parking spot Additionally there is no microwave in the kitchen and limited storage space given the high rent Though I have been content with the appliances and maintenance crew who handle problems quickly navigating through the large rocks of lands 2022-10-09T12:32:17Z

Ive been living here for almost three years and the management and maintenance staff are excellent keeping the building and its landscaping in good condition The apartments have a luxurious appearance with marble counters white cupboards and stainlesssteel appliances additionally the gym is great since its not very busy The only downside is that my upstairs 2022-10-25T03:02:18Z

Getting set up initially was a bit of a challenge however the property manager was very helpful and courteous Though I havent lived there for too long yet the place appears to be of good quality When I have lived there longer I will update my review The location is pretty good its in close proximity to several services and amenities but if you plan on walking there it can be quite strenuous since its an uphill trek back home with any groceries you may need to carry Security measures are standard using a dongle style entry system Additionally they provide lockers for packages which is convenient plus a buzzer system linked to your phone so that visitors can enter securely The view depends on which room you get mine faces the parking lot and another building so its not the best view but some rooms do face towards the lake providing an improved look out point All in all Im quite happy with it and would recommend it more ... hide ...

Hello everyone please do not rent here at any cost It is a terrible experience Rules are altered on a daily basis lobby thieves steal parcels the gym is always shut down and management is horriblethey will glare and yell if you make a complaint Theres too much noise in the apartments you can even hear your neighbor talk go to the bathroom slam the door speak on their phone and play music It feels like my floor vibrates when they walk around The men in charge of management have sketchy backgrounds too Occasionally fights break out over parking spots since they are not assigned to individuals Fake fire alarms occur three or four times per week which disrupts sleep patterns immensely If there are any issues with your apartment then expect for management to come yell at you as well The building isn't safe eitherit shakes during high wind periods Electricity goes off with water sporadically and you get notices from them every couple of days informing changes in rules that have been made recentlyfor example they want people to ask permission before using their own washroom soon enough They should be providing good service but instead act like our bosses as if they don't enjoy their job who knows Leakages occur from living room walls as well as wet walls which never seem to dry up no matter what season it is laundry machines remain broken even after complaining about them time after time and having to fix it yourself instead of having help from workers more ... hide ...
