Management is impossible to deal with, even for the most basic tasks. Fire alarms are falsely triggered, particularly in the wee hours of the night when no one is around to turn them off, causing anxiety and distress in inhabitants. The owner is impolite and doesn't follow rental laws or regulations. Twice I was present inside my unit when someone unlocked it and let themselves in without permission or proper notice; upon asking what they were doing, they made up a story. Apartments on higher floors are generally clean and free from pests, but mice can be spotted scurrying about in the lobby or lower levels of the building. Leases are frequently altered to trap tenants into paying deposits when trying to vacate; rules vary by individual cases. People with multiple pets have been asked for a single deposit while some (including me) were required to pay two separate deposits for each pet before signing could be finalized - despite being told at start that one deposit would cover up to two animals (which may never be seen again). Finally, international students/workers should take extra caution as there's a high chance of getting taken advantage of financially here. If possible, look elsewhere!

Hello everyone, please do not rent here at any cost. It is a terrible experience. Rules are altered on a daily basis; lobby thieves steal parcels; the gym is always shut down; and management is horrible—they will glare and yell if you make a complaint. There's too much noise in the apartments; you can even hear your neighbor talk, go to the bathroom, slam the door, speak on their phone, and play music! It feels like my floor vibrates when they walk around. The men in charge of management have sketchy backgrounds too. Occasionally fights break out over parking spots since they are not assigned to individuals. Fake fire alarms occur three or four times per week which disrupts sleep patterns immensely. If there are any issues with your apartment then expect for management to come yell at you as well! The building isn't safe either—it shakes during high wind periods! Electricity goes off with water sporadically and you get notices from them every couple of days informing changes in rules that have been made recently—for example they want people to ask permission before using their own washroom soon enough! They should be providing good service but instead act like our bosses as if they don't enjoy their job (who k more ...

We have been living here since September 2019, and the first photo was taken when we moved in. The second and third photos were taken on February 16th, 2020. Construction had been going on for a while outside our 28th floor apartment, and workers could not fix the balcony for four months. Our unit is a one-bedroom apartment but it is more like a studio with an added den because the bedroom area is very small. Construction occurs every day (even on Sundays) which can be irritating if you wake up at 10am to find workers outside your window. Additionally, there are no washing machines or dryers included in our unit so we have to use the shared ones on our floor; however, before Christmas of 2019 those were under maintenance without any notice until mid-January - although that notice ended up being incorrect. The price was almost $2000/month but they gave us a $500 discount as long as we signed up for a one-year lease. After April 1st parking spots will not be assigned; they just give you access to underground parking where you must compete with other building tenants for spots - even though you still have to pay for parking regardless of whether or not there are open slots available. Out of the two building managers we met only two w more ...
