My advice is to avoid this place at all costs if I could give a 0 rating I would Homestead has new management and the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful Once you pay your deposit they cease to care about anything else They turn off the water with no prior warning for hours at a time Parking fees are outrageous yet there is no enforcement of rules and reg 2022-10-30T20:32:17Z
My advice is to avoid this place at all costs if I could give a 0 rating I would Homestead has new management and the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful Once you pay your deposit they cease to care about anything else They turn off the water with no prior warning for hours at a time Parking fees are outrageous yet there is no enforcement of rules and regulations During the school year large groups of high school students come in littering everywhere and being loud sadly Homestead refuses to do anything about it There is no AC in the building but if you want to use a window AC unit then prepare to pay more money for it furthermore when you forget your key they wont open the door even though they know who you are after living here for an entire year All this comes at a cost of 1200 per month without any consideration of construction noise that never ends or garbage that never gets collected To save both money and sanity rent somewhere else more ... hide ...

Having been at Bear Canyon Apartments for a year I have generally been satisfied My flat is nice and the area is secure and quiet The staff are friendly However my airconditioning started dripping from the ceiling in mid July leading water to stream down a wall into an electrical fixture not great when mixing those two Also my smoke detector in the kitchen 2022-09-15T03:02:17Z
Having been at Bear Canyon Apartments for a year I have generally been satisfied My flat is nice and the area is secure and quiet The staff are friendly However my airconditioning started dripping from the ceiling in mid July leading water to stream down a wall into an electrical fixture not great when mixing those two Also my smoke detector in the kitchen wouldnt stop beeping so I had to remove it this was worrying as it was the only one in that part of my apartment After several requests conversations with management twice and two emails with no response I reported this problem to City of Tucson Code Enforcement Division who havent yet responded either For 1400month rent on a one bedroom flat Id expect better attention to safety issues and that repairs would be done quickly additionally Id expect nicer appliances than whats currently provided here Having resigned another years lease recently though hopefully this next year will go as well as the first did which had been going so well that I would have happily recommended living here Following this review being posted however Maria from management responded quickly with courtesy and professionalism by ensuring repairs were done promptly many thanks for addressing these concerns The maintenance man worked diligently on all required fixes while explaining them clearly too much appreciated Bear Canyon Team more ... hide ...
