The apartments are nice and the building is kept very clean Most staff members are friendly and helpful however I found that the place can be quite judgmental It seems like they run it as a boarding house rather than an apartment building trying to regulate how tenants should live for example by enforcing curfews at 11pm or who can visit Unless someone is banned from the property tenants can have anyone theyd like over to visit them Even though Indwell is a supportive housing building with set rules it must still comply with LandlordTenant Act regulations regarding tenants personal lives Indwell cannot controldictate how their tenants choose to live their lives As a supportive housing organization they should provide support when necessary budgeting advice during hard times etc not attempt to dictate ones personal life choices Also although Indwell is Christianbased there are often times where Christian behavior isn't shown by those running the establishment more ... hide ...

The recentlybuilt apartment has highend amenities and laundry room The people living here are friendly however tenants have to pay an extra 50 for two vehicles parking fees every year Despite this I don't mind spending the money however if someone takes your spot you have to take responsibility to get the car towed yourself The building manager cannot help w 2022-10-02T15:02:16Z
The recentlybuilt apartment has highend amenities and laundry room The people living here are friendly however tenants have to pay an extra 50 for two vehicles parking fees every year Despite this I don't mind spending the money however if someone takes your spot you have to take responsibility to get the car towed yourself The building manager cannot help with this issue as there are not enough parking spaces and only five spots for visitors We have called the police three times already due to a person taking our spot After six months a sign was posted about resolving the problem but there is still no solution in sight yet If were paying so much for parking then they should take measures such as gating it off or something similar instead of us having to spend an extra hour dealing with cops every time this problem arises The walls are thin so you can hear noises from upstairs or downstairs clearly too more ... hide ...

Receiving 0 stars out of 5 I made the best decision of my life when leaving this toxic and unprofessional property management Potential renters be wary like other reviews say don't choose Beacon Hills if you want to be treated with respect especially if youre a female or have noiserelated sleep disorders such as hypersensitivity For example I was woken up every hour from 11 PM to 6 AM due to people above us stomping and moving furniture in boots When asking the manager for help all he said was that its normal apartment living We were transferred from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor and almost immediately a senior tenant below complained about my girlfriend walking at 6 AM Paul came over right away and started lunging towards us shouting at her while ignoring me because he seemed to have an inclination towards arguing with women When indicating that she wasnt working out but just walking around he told her she couldnt do her job in our suite anymore After a few moments of him attacking us verbally he shuffled his shoulders up then stormed out like a child slamming the door shut behind him Not only did Paul act unprofessionally but also lied repeatedly to his boss about this incident without even mentioning itFurthermore when I asked for an inspection appointment with him Paul cancelled on me at that very time claiming I never scheduled one while text messages prove otherwise After speaking with his boss who was shocked by more ... hide ...
