This particular building and management was the worst I have ever encountered In a single month we had three or four cases of car windows being broken into in the underground parking resulting in items being stolen from the vehicles In fact even my large package that had been shipped to my correct address was taken by a thief When I called to inform management of this issue I was met with rudeness as they kept saying it wasnt their responsibility and people were just leaving items out for thievery I asked what kind of security this was and the answer was simply I don't know It left us feeling unsafe living there if nothing is done about theft outside now it will eventually make its way inside our homes The staff member then suggested that people shouldnt leave wallets in their cars if they didnt want them stolen as if its our fault for someone breaking into our property We always pay our rent including parking on time yet we are still not given respect or protection where we live This post is written out of frustration due to the lack of care from management and other tenants having similar issues but no action being taken on them either more ... hide ...

We recently signed a lease for an apartment in a great spot that was renovated and priced reasonably The office staff were friendly helpful and accommodating plus they work hard to keep the area free of crime Dogs roam around the neighborhood and our fellow tenants are quiet and courteous Additionally maintenance is outstanding Alain quickly fixed two proble 2022-10-10T03:32:17Z

Living in Place Montfort is such an amazing experience The building is well kept and clean and the staff specifically Tammy is friendly and hardworking I had one minor issue with my sink that was taken care of promptly Furthermore the hallways don't look like a horror movie hotel the lobby has a lighthearted feel to it and sound isolation in my apartment gre 2022-10-11T21:32:16Z

I a former resident provide an honest and thorough review to warn others about this building and its property owner Attached are pictures of the deplorable bathroom condition upon my arrival Despite being promised and reassured it would be in good order by movein day I still had to delay it due to unresolved issues During my nine months there kitchen flooding occurred multiple times which destroyed hundreds of dollars worth of items the property manager didnt even contact me Toilets were unreliable throughout and heat was nonexistent for days during winter hot water wasnt reliable either I wont go into more details instead let the pictures speak for themselves with one final warning fight for your deposit as part of mine was paid in cash now gone If youre a former resident struggling with getting your deposit back contact The Ontario Governments Rental Housing Unit And finally avoid this place as both water quality and washing machinesdryers are terrible ruining clothes more ... hide ...
