The location of the building is great, as it is close to TTC, Yorkdale Mall and Costco. The view from the south and east facing apartments is spectacular with no obstruction. Delivery of parcels has never been an issue. Moreover, the amenities within individual units are good; gym and party room are both satisfactory. Although there are a few downsides; due to traffic on Allen Road and proximity to TTC tracks it can be quite noisy if a window or balcony door remains open. Additionally, out of three elevators usually one or two will be malfunctioning which can result in long wait times for people going up or down. Lastly, fire alarms are interconnected with townhouses below and neighbouring building resulting in frequent alarms going off.

This place is good overall. Parking is quite roomy and there's a nice division between permanent tenants and those renting per day ($10). It's very peaceful indoors and out in the hallway, but when the windows/patio door are opened, it gets quite loud. The view from where I am (15th) is remarkable; I can see the park. The elevator isn't used often and goes up/down quickly. People don't interact much with each other (which suits me). There are mostly young adults here, not any children (thankfully). It's a 3-minute walk to TTC Yorkdale station/ 5 minutes to the mall or highway; not much traffic either. It's great for walking dogs as it's quiet around here. Despite no direct sunlight, it gets really hot inside even in winter so you don't need to turn on heaters - no idea why though! The front desk staff aren't helpful at all but property management is alright - mostly good anyway. Unfortunately, Freedom Mobile reception is bad whereas Bell/Rogers has good signal strength; Rally internet provider for local connection costs about $50 monthly with 1gbps speed & no contract required.
