If you are considering renting from 35 Front Street South be aware that I have been living here for the last three years and have experienced unsatisfactory service and deceit For example management at Greenwin falsely advertises a functioning pool it has been closed for over a year with no reimbursement to tenants Furthermore all of the features such as sauna gym squash room and laundry room are in very poor condition The sauna hasnt been renovated since its construction in the 70s the gym is full of rusting equipment the laundry room is rarely clean while washing machines don't wash clothes properly balconies are covered in rust with concrete falling off which is risky but staff doesnt care Rent here is 200300 more than other places around Port Credit because of an inaccessible pool Instead of wasting money here there are many better options available at a cheaper rate Management will only tell lies so they can sign you up for a yearly lease and then you see how living there really is like If you request anything they accuse you of harassing them So if you still want to view this place be sure to inspect everything yourself before deciding my guarantee You will regret renting here more ... hide ...
