The management here is oblivious to the idea of labor; the building is in a state of disrepair and landlords don't respond to messages. They rarely check their mailboxes, even when they do it's two weeks late. The elevators are constantly malfunctioning, and there are bugs, roaches, and ants everywhere. The walls are peeling off and the storage lockers aren't secure at all- it would be pointless to have one. There's flooding in the underground parking lot every time it rains.

This building is the most horrendous one I have ever lived in - roaches and ants everywhere! You can't leave any food in the cupboard because of how many there are. Also, it is the ugliest building in the neighbourhood. The elevators will often stop between floors, if you're lucky enough for them to be working; renovating the laundry room only brought it from darkness to stone age. The ceiling tiles have visible mold growing on them and the "new" carpets smell bad and are stained beyond recognition. They never got anything fixed that I requested - two years ago I asked for a light switch and a crack in my wall to be repaired but nothing has been done yet.
