The building is very old yet the rent remains high Cockroaches are present in almost every apartment There is nothing resembling a gym and the tennis court has been closed for quite some time not just during Covid but previously as well The only apartments available are 1 and 2 bedrooms no more than that Washrooms have an outdated style while the laundry ro 2022-10-01T08:02:17Z

I would rate my experience at 05 Reviews don't lie it was the worst ever Spending a freezing winter in my heat included apartment with my child was unbearable Its concerning to think about how the elderly residents here have been treated by Capreit so unethically My own apartment 209 has had water damage since I moved in and now they want me to cooperate with them in fixing it as soon as my lease is up All this time theyve been coming up with excuses for it not being taken care of Cockroaches everywhere and I have to pay out of pocket for extermination even when I put in service requests Its become quite disgusting living here They worked on the underground spaces for months but we didnt get any parking discounts while having to park elsewhere Fire alarms are extremely loud feels like living in an institution almost And packages keep getting stolen outside there should be better systems implemented like a mailroom Save yourself from all this hassle and rent another place that offers more amenities for roughly the same cost as here People working for Capreit need to raise their standards too tenants all over Toronto are suffering due to their terrible treatment of them Check out Peel Acorn if youre looking into tenant rights activism Despite all these issues Ive been nothing but pleasant during my tenancy here more ... hide ...

Ive lived in this neighborhood for the past 14 years and although Im a senior its still easy enough to navigate the stairs The area offers a lot of privacy and is quiet making it perfect for retirees or families with kids Every building has 3 floors and one laundry room is sufficient for all residents We each have fireplaces dishwashers lots of storage space 2022-10-27T01:02:18Z
Ive lived in this neighborhood for the past 14 years and although Im a senior its still easy enough to navigate the stairs The area offers a lot of privacy and is quiet making it perfect for retirees or families with kids Every building has 3 floors and one laundry room is sufficient for all residents We each have fireplaces dishwashers lots of storage space and a nicesized balcony Everything we need is within walking distance and the landscape is well kept The entire property also has protection from a topnotch security companySince my last review I wanted to add that theres a creekchildrens park along Sherobee Road which isn't far away great for bringing my son and his family over to play There are also plenty of cycling walking trails in our neighborhood which makes it extra peaceful since everyone tends to keep to themselves but still in an amiable atmosphere Now that 15 years have passed by I plan on sticking around here longer if all goes well more ... hide ...

Its hard to know where to begin with so many issues so get ready for a long read My advice Don't come rent here First off the building is infested with roaches and it takes forever for someone to spray when you put in a complaint Plus you have to go through the tedious process of emptying and refilling your cupboard Secondly the management is barely reachable within business hours and they don't handle issues efficiently or respectfully The building isn't very clean either thats on both tenants and management Additionally updates or notices are ONLY at the main entrance by the elevators if you access from the back or take stairs youre out of luck Lastly if there are any damages like broken stairs they will keep being an eyesore until someone gets hurt from them not worth all that money for rent in these conditions more ... hide ...
