I've lived in this neighborhood for the past 14 years and although I'm a senior, it's still easy enough to navigate the stairs. The area offers a lot of privacy and is quiet, making it perfect for retirees or families with kids. Every building has 3 floors and one laundry room is sufficient for all residents. We each have fireplaces, dishwashers, lots of storage space and a nice-sized balcony. Everything we need is within walking distance and the landscape is well kept. The entire property also has protection from a top-notch security company! Since my last review, I wanted to add that there's a creek/children's park along Sherobee Road which isn't far away - great for bringing my son and his family over to play! There are also plenty of cycling & walking trails in our neighborhood which makes it extra peaceful since everyone tends to keep to themselves but still in an amiable atmosphere. Now that 15 years have passed by, I plan on sticking around here longer if all goes well!
