It's hard to know where to begin with so many issues, so get ready for a long read. My advice? Don't come rent here! First off, the building is infested with roaches and it takes forever for someone to spray when you put in a complaint. Plus, you have to go through the tedious process of emptying and refilling your cupboard. Secondly, the management is barely reachable within business hours and they don't handle issues efficiently or respectfully. The building isn't very clean either- that's on both tenants and management. Additionally, updates or notices are ONLY at the main entrance by the elevators- if you access from the back or take stairs, you're out of luck! Lastly, if there are any damages (like broken stairs) they will keep being an eyesore until someone gets hurt from them; not worth all that money for rent in these conditions.

I moved into this place eight months ago and it has exceeded my expectations. The apartment was recently renovated and is roomy with a lot of natural light. There are nearby amenities, the people living here are friendly, and there have been no pest problems. Krystina and Melissa from the staff take great care to ensure everything runs smoothly and that the building keeps improving. I highly recommend this place!

I was convinced to rent a one-bedroom apartment in February 2017, supposedly freshly renovated and with parking for nearly $1400 a month, plus they promised me backyard access until March. Unfortunately, what I actually encountered was far different: the window wasn't sealed so every time it rained my bedroom would flood; it took maintenance 5 months to fix the leak despite all my reminders. There also has been an underlying broken sewer pipe for years that emits moisture which breeds millions of flies that come into my apartment and I'm constantly using pesticides. The humidity levels in my apartment are double due to this sewage leakage. Cockroaches, spiders, and centipedes are everywhere - making it feel like I'm living in a tent or on a camping trip that never ends! To make matters worse, there are often unannounced water closures which management simply announces on their main notice board and then doesn't bother taking any further responsibility. Do NOT rent here - there's so much more wrong than this!
