The building is very old, yet the rent remains high. Cockroaches are present in almost every apartment. There is nothing resembling a gym and the tennis court has been closed for quite some time, not just during Covid but previously as well. The only apartments available are 1 and 2 bedrooms - no more than that. Washrooms have an outdated style, while the laundry room emits an unpleasant odor. To top it off, the pool area does not meet expectations. All in all, there are no facilities here to be enjoyed.
