At 2360 Bodmin Bldg the stairs in the covered parking garage are always a mess with spider webs dust and garbage surrounding them The door is unbearable to open with only one hand while carrying groceries or bags in the other Although it would be expected that there would be keyfob systems and automatic doors this property feels like its stuck in 1960s When I moved into my apartment the patio door was extremely dirty with grease dirt and tape marks air leaked from it even when completely shut during winter Management said they couldnt replace it due to cost but still wanted rent on time every month Even worse the bathtub had cracks and dirt marks that went untouched since being 10 years old The wall of the bathroom was so poorly repaired that you can easily push your fingers through it With only one electric line connecting living room kitchen and entrance area if you use too many appliances at once then your main breaker will shut off as a result of overloading People may say that entrance is renovated but after all you don't live there yet another issue lies within common compound or park area between all 4 buildings where water pools after rain creating an ideal breeding ground for flies mosquitoes and other insects management has neglected to level or cover them due to children playing there more ... hide ...

This place is a disgrace and has been reviewed as such by previous tenants I being a single lady had to move my belongings around four times in three months due to the spraying for cockroaches although none were found The pipes were constantly having issues and hotcold water would be shut off for long periods of time without any compensation for the disturbance After almost a year they finally put drywall in the holesjust before my lease expiredwhich was enough time for my cat to squeeze through into the wall The staff are incredibly rudeespecially the Polish lady with blonde hairand they keep entering my apartment without notifying me first Its no wonder why this is easily classified as the worst place Ive ever lived To add insult to injury they closed down their pool six months after claiming it was only being renovated and charge visitors parking fees all of a sudden This is on top of them raising rent after all these issues Unbelievable more ... hide ...

For the past 10 years my family and I lived in this building until summer 2017 New management had taken over and were renovating the structure which was already quite old While it appears new on the outside due to a coat of paint there are still underlying issues Renovations included new elevators a roof windows balcony garage door paint job in the lobby mini gym that no one really uses security cameras and landscaping however these came with other problems such as regular water pipe bursts resulting in flooding and no water supply along with roach and mice infestations that required monthly spraying to get rid of them all of which are still ongoing The underground garage door frequently broke as well as wall paper coming off while all storage lockers on the main floor were removed for bachelor apartments construction When new management bought over they offered everyone 32003600 to move out but many declined this offer including us afterwards we started receiving letters concerning complaints from them when none had been received before We decided to move due to personal reasons along with an uncontrollable pest issue that was causing garbage problems too some people brought negative impacts such as drugs being sold at certain places plus domestic violence increase that necessitated police presence also rose up Although we miss living among those who have been there for many years 10 rental fees now are around 2000 for each 2 bedroom excluding utilities like hydro or parking fees high turnover more ... hide ...
