This place is a disgrace and has been reviewed as such by previous tenants. I, being a single lady, had to move my belongings around four times in three months due to the spraying for cockroaches (although none were found). The pipes were constantly having issues and hot/cold water would be shut off for long periods of time without any compensation for the disturbance. After almost a year, they finally put drywall in the holes-just before my lease expired-which was enough time for my cat to squeeze through into the wall. The staff are incredibly rude-especially the Polish lady with blonde hair-and they keep entering my apartment without notifying me first! It's no wonder why this is easily classified as the worst place I've ever lived. To add insult to injury, they closed down their pool six months after claiming it was only being renovated and charge visitors parking fees all of a sudden! This is on top of them raising rent after all these issues? Unbelievable...
