Not A Happy Camper Stonebrook Condominiums
2023-01-02T18:30:01ZIf you're looking to buy a property in Stonebrook, here's what I wish I had known before moving in! The location and amenities are stunning, however the property manager is incredibly rude and uncompromising. Even though I'm young (late 20s) this doesn't give them the right to treat me with any less respect. Unfortunately, the security team is a joke; they talk down to me and have done nothing when there's been an issue. Furthermore, the key-fob entry system often malfunctions which allows anyone off the street into our building. On top of that there's always some kind of maintenance going on - it's outrageous how often we get emails about technicians coming in! To make matters worse, these security members don't even knock when entering - my partner recently woke up to find workers in our living room without warning! I don't trust the security at all so just be aware that Stonebrook isn't all smiles & sunshine.
