I had the opportunity to tour a unit in this complex. The exterior and interior were both sparkling clean, with the hallway being particularly bright and attractive. The apartment I saw boasted a tremendous view of the lake and was spacious in size. Furthermore, the rental staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Fran who was an absolute joy to interact with. To top it off, there is a mini park and pool onsite - something rarely found in such an industrialized area! Additionally, it is conveniently located near stores like a grocery store as well as Truscott Bakery - which has some beautiful lobby/elevator pictures!

I have lived at 2333 for fifteen years and the office staff has always been wonderful, helping with any work orders promptly and professionally. The property is vast, allowing kids plenty of space to run and play, whilst also being incredibly pet-friendly. Our apartment is substantial as well with a stunning view from the 14th floor; plus, the kitchen and master bedroom are way bigger than what I've seen in other places. They have been refurbishing the building too, adding a gymnasium, improving the elevators, and soon there will be a party room available too! The area is ideal since it's close to amenities like grocery stores and drugstores across the street as well as highways and major roads. Overall it's an excellent place to live in or start a family.

At 2360 Bodmin Bldg, the stairs in the covered parking garage are always a mess with spider webs, dust and garbage surrounding them. The door is unbearable to open with only one hand while carrying groceries or bags in the other. Although it would be expected that there would be key-fob systems and automatic doors, this property feels like it's stuck in 1960s! When I moved into my apartment, the patio door was extremely dirty with grease, dirt and tape marks; air leaked from it even when completely shut during winter. Management said they couldn't replace it due to cost but still wanted rent on time every month! Even worse, the bath-tub had cracks and dirt marks that went untouched since being 10 years old. The wall of the bathroom was so poorly repaired that you can easily push your fingers through it! With only one electric line connecting living room, kitchen and entrance area if you use too many appliances at once then your main breaker will shut off as a result of overloading.
