Its not hard to see why Bluestone is so cheap they are incredibly negligent landlords and property managers Repairs take forever for example a ceiling leak starting April 8th wont be fixed until after June 21st and mould has formed in the meantime Furthermore they don't give the courtesy of a 24 hour notice before maintenance shows up or even pass a notice u 2022-10-18T11:02:20Z
Its not hard to see why Bluestone is so cheap they are incredibly negligent landlords and property managers Repairs take forever for example a ceiling leak starting April 8th wont be fixed until after June 21st and mould has formed in the meantime Furthermore they don't give the courtesy of a 24 hour notice before maintenance shows up or even pass a notice under the door at 3pm the day prior to their arrival They even assured me that my units carpet would be replaced when I moved in but randomly decided to leave it ripped up with rusty staples still sticking out of it My bathtub was also chipped up when I got here and maintenance said that no reglazing was necessary despite them being told otherwise upon my movein These are only some examples of neglect from Bluestone when I mentioned filing a complaint with the Landlord and Tenant Board Deb Moore just laughed and said go ahead This is slumlords at their finest stay away more ... hide ...

The location and building of this complex are good but the administration and management are not Last year it took them three months to fix the air conditioner in my unit I was told I could use the study room to cool off Interaction with these departments has been unfavorable as they lack customer service skills Recently pest control was scheduled for my unit if I hadnt gone in person to inquire about why no one had shown up I would never have found out that it had been cancelled Even after sending an email to the management office and property manager Ive still heard nothing back more than a week later This inconvenience caused me unnecessary stress when another entry notice arrived just a few days later and required me to prepare my unit yet again without any response from them regarding their first cancellation It is clear that this complex needs better training when it comes to customer service if they hope provide satisfactory experiences for their tenants more ... hide ...

I have been living here for 5 years and the staff is friendly plus rent is affordable Unfortunately the neverending problem of cockroaches has made this place a living hell even after keeping it spick and span they keep coming back The exterminator was called multiple times to no avail he just puts down poison which doesnt work Additionally someone stole my 2022-10-06T01:32:17Z
I have been living here for 5 years and the staff is friendly plus rent is affordable Unfortunately the neverending problem of cockroaches has made this place a living hell even after keeping it spick and span they keep coming back The exterminator was called multiple times to no avail he just puts down poison which doesnt work Additionally someone stole my laundry from the building there is a person who does carpentry in his apartment someone attempted to break into my mailbox several times that it became hard to open it due to the lock being warped and I even had bedbugs when windows were changed they left a wall wide open for more than 12 hours before installing a new window Also there has been an opening in the hall across from me for over one year now and theres still an opening in the ceiling with dangling cords where dripping water is collected by a bucket instead of solving it properly Package theft within this building happens frequently as well more ... hide ...
