2023-01-29T22:30:03ZThe apartment is generally clean and well-maintained, but there are some issues worth noting. Sound travels easily between apartments horizontally, even through the radiators (strangely enough). Though rent has been slowly increasing, the price is still very fair for the space and utilities you get. Neighbors are usually friendly or keep to themselves, however pot smoking and cigarette use can be heard frequently on balconies day and night. Administration is approachable but tends to neglect complaints while becoming increasingly strict in other areas. All in all, it's an acceptable place to live comfortably while saving up for something better.
