Ive been a resident of Maple Ridge on the Parc for over six years and have had an amazing experience Before moving here I was having difficulty finding a place that truly felt like home Then my sister found this two bedroom apartment for me and it surpassed all of my expectations Theres plenty of space an open layout a walkin closet in the bedroom storage room and natural light galore The staff is extraordinary Amber is always available to help with any needs I have quickly and efficiently while making sure Im content Maintenance is also topnotchthey take care of repairs in record time and are extremely friendly The cleaners are sweethearts who make you feel right at home To top it off we even have a pool to beat the heat during summer My neighbours are quiet but friendly which makes living here so peaceful If youre looking for a cozy environment to call home then this place should definitely be considered more ... hide ...

Bayfield Hall is a great place for Western students with 10 floors ranging from 1 lower to 5 upper The manager Margi is very welcoming and helpful Theres a laundry room between the second and third floor as well as an outdoor parking lot for residents Its only about 510 minutes away from the bus station Note these photos are not of the real Bayfield Hall us 2022-11-04T14:02:18Z

When you enter Skyline apartment complex the first thing that will stand out are the large potholes which could take a long time to fill in yet the management doesnt seem to care This lack of concern continues throughout with increasing rent prices which are justified by inadequate renovations an inefficient and unprofessional maintenance person only two was 2022-10-16T10:02:18Z
When you enter Skyline apartment complex the first thing that will stand out are the large potholes which could take a long time to fill in yet the management doesnt seem to care This lack of concern continues throughout with increasing rent prices which are justified by inadequate renovations an inefficient and unprofessional maintenance person only two washing machines and tumble dryers for the entire building and staff that never answer their phone the voicemail is always full Complaints from tenants don't seem to be taken seriously management takes too much time in resolving problems while they also often argue with those who complain To make matters worse the apartments themselves require upgrades The cleaning lady is a hard worker and nice though which is why Im giving one star instead of zero In conclusion Skylines priorities are not in order something needs to change drastically so it can reach an acceptable level more ... hide ...
