Ive been living at 105 Grand Ave for around eighteen months and I have nothing but positive things to say about it Heidi the property manager is outstanding very responsive and dedicated to her job The apartment is wellmaintained with soundproof units so you rarely hear your neighbors All the people here are great as is the neighborhood The only negative points are that parking is somewhat small a minor price for a superb living experience and there are only two washersdryers for 23 units however its usually no issue since tenants show respect by not monopolizing them Plus any repairs needed are fixed quickly In conclusion this really is one of the best places to live and if Heidi remains in charge you can trust that it will stay welltaken care of more ... hide ...
